We are seeking a Project Controls Reporting Manager to join a major programme delivery team and play a pivotal role in transforming project data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Working closely with the Reporting Lead, you will oversee reporting activities across large, complex projects, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable information.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in reporting, data analytics, and the Microsoft Power Platform to be a part of a high-performing team and influence project outcomes through data-led decision making. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 30 days' annual leave, as well as hybrid working, with just one or two days per week in the project office (Wednesday is our anchor day).

  • Enable the collection, analysis, and presentation of project data through reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
  • Work with IT and Digital teams to improve data availability and accessibility through Data Lake environments.
  • Engage in and support the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support project performance monitoring.
  • Own the quality, consistency, and visual standards of reporting outputs across the project.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls, PMO, Digital teams, supply chain partners, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, validated, and aligned to project governance standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, data management, and visualisation techniques.
  • Provide training, guidance, and knowledge sharing across the organisation on reporting tools and best practices.

Experience working within large-scale, complex project environments. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps. Experience working in multicultural or international project environments. Exposure to major infrastructure, engineering, construction, or programme delivery projects.
