We have a rare opening for a confident, organised and commercially aware Warranty Administrator to join our team in Marlborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, fine-tuning systems, and influencing how we deliver value across the business. Duties: Full training is provided, but your responsibilities will include:
- Submitting and tracking warranty claims with our partner machinery suppliers.
- Working alongside our Service Managers to coach on best practices and drive improvements.
- Managing warranty credits and policy/goodwill claim requests.
- Taking responsibility for warranty stores across multiple depot locations.
- Running product recall campaigns and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Supporting warranty audits and maintaining accurate, auditable claim records.
