BPR Medical Ltd is growing and looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to join the team. The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a defined territory across the South West / South Wales region, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience. Travel will be an integral part of this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing key customer accounts across your territory
  • Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Delivering a relationship based, solutions-focused sales approach
  • Creating territory plans and managing your sales pipeline effectively
  • Working closely with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and customer activity
  • Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Providing excellent customer support and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate sales activity records

  • Experience in account management, territory sales, relationship management where driving sales is a key element of your role
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing customers or developing long-term accounts
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • A desire and ambition to succeed
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Previous medical sales experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates from sectors such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, business services, education sales, recruitment, hospitality, automotive, SaaS, or technical sales are all encouraged to apply.
