Bring Products to Life with Creativity and Organisation

We are looking for a talented and organised Photographer & Digital Asset Co-ordinator to join a growing Creative team. This is a hands-on role that blends creative production with digital organisation, giving you the opportunity to shape how products are presented across e-commerce, marketing, and sales channels.

You will produce high-quality photography and video content, manage a digital asset system, and support product launches through structured asset distribution and communications. If you enjoy combining creativity with meticulous organisation, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photography & Content Creation
    • Photograph products across multiple ranges
    • Edit, retouch, and enhance imagery to meet brand standards
    • Produce photography and video content for e-commerce, marketing, and social media
    • Develop creative concepts for shoots, source props, and manage schedules
    • Ensure all imagery aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
  • Digital Asset Management
    • Upload and organise images, videos, and marketing materials within a digital asset system
    • Maintain clear file structures, accurate labelling, and easy access for internal teams
    • Manage user access and ensure assets are available when needed
  • Product Launch Support & Communications
    • Disseminate product launch materials via the digital asset system
    • Create and distribute launch communications to internal and external stakeholders
    • Coordinate and upload product video presentations
    • Support Product Development with launch-ready digital materials

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality visual content
  • Is organised and methodical, with experience managing digital files and systems
  • Enjoys balancing creative studio work with structured digital coordination
  • Communicates clearly and works well across teams
  • Is proactive and able to manage workload and deadlines independently

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in product photography
  • Strong image editing and retouching skills (Adobe Photoshop essential)
  • Experience working within a structured digital asset or filing system
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Good written communication skills
