As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our national and international sales and marketing activities. The Role
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and all other teams in the business, you will support the planning and delivery of a range of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across social media channels.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns and promotional literature.
- Maintain and update website content.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Support the production of case studies, customer stories and product-related content.
- Monitor and report on marketing activity performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports business objectives.
About You
In order to be successful you are likely to have at minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Marketing qualification, degree or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or business support role will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of website content management systems would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
