The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business. You will handle incoming enquiries, process orders, arrange same-day deliveries where required and ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange and coordinate same-day delivery requests.
- Take card payments securely over the telephone.
- Provide customers with product availability and order updates.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.

Skills & Experience

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
- Experience of taking payments over the telephone would be advantageous.
