Join one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions within this leading UK house builder as they expand from 600 to 900 units per annum, fuelled by the recent UK housing budget which brings renewed focus and funding into residential delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced Land Manager to support their continued success by identifying, securing, and delivering immediate and strategic land opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and secure land opportunities (both on- and off-market) for short- and long-term development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit Land Approval Packs in line with internal protocols.
  • Lead negotiations and manage legal agreements alongside internal legal teams.
  • Commission and manage technical and legal due diligence to support robust offers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external consultants to prepare acquisition proposals.
  • Represent the company in the residential market and promote their growing regional presence.
  • Drive acquisitions in line with their annual strategy, targeting offers on c.20 sites per year.

  • Strong understanding of land acquisition and planning processes.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with a strong regional network.
  • Previous experience in a similar land-focused role within residential development.
