Senior Interior Designer Job Description: As a Senior Interior, you\’ll be the creative visionary transforming spaces into stunning, functional environments. You\’ll lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with the client\’s vision and needs. Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from brainstorming initial concepts to the final installation. You\’ll be their go-to person for all design-related decisions. Design Development: Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and some 3D renderings. Choose the perfect materials, finishes, and furnishings that bring your design to life. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Work with suppliers and contractors to source materials and oversee the installation process. Quality Control: Ensure that every design element meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
