Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost estimates and development appraisals
• Support land purchase exercises with accurate financial data
• Monitor project costs and update appraisals to reflect current market conditions
• Attend design and pre-start meetings, providing input on cost and material selection
• Research and report on new materials and construction methods to improve efficiency
• Liaise with all departments to achieve viable project cost positions
• Promote best practice in line with company systems, policies, and values
