Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost estimates and development appraisals
- Support land purchase exercises with accurate financial data
- Monitor project costs and update appraisals to reflect current market conditions
- Attend design and pre-start meetings, providing input on cost and material selection
- Research and report on new materials and construction methods to improve efficiency
- Liaise with all departments to achieve viable project cost positions
- Promote best practice in line with company systems, policies, and values
