We are looking for a highly organised Construction Administrator to support our construction department and site teams. This role will act as the central hub of the construction team, ensuring site managers are supported, processes are followed, and key administrative and health & safety tasks are completed efficiently.
The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping projects running smoothly by coordinating information, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Act as the central point of contact for the construction team, supporting site managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the construction department, including document control, reporting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate communication between the construction team, consultants, and internal departments.
- Help ensure site managers remain organised and compliant with operational and safety requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction records and project documentation.
- Support the wider team with general construction administration tasks.
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations (preferred but not essential). Experience supporting health and safety administration would be beneficial. Confident using Microsoft Office and digital document systems.
