An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Layout Designer (Masterplanner) to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders. Working within the Masterplanning team, the role involves producing commercially viable residential layouts that meet national and local standards while maintaining high-quality, innovative design principles. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Group and Regional Design.
