We are working in partnership with a highly respected, award-winning national housebuilder to recruit two Senior Site Managers for flagship developments in Gloucester.
The Developments
- Site 1: Traditional masonry build comprising a mix of private housing and three-storey apartment blocks β early stages
- Site 2: Fully timber frame development, with the same attributes.
Both schemes are high-profile projects for the business and offer long-term stability with a developer known for quality and delivery.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing your site from early stages through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, health & safety, and commercial targets are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a national housebuilder
- Strong knowledge of traditional masonry and/or timber frame construction
- Confident, proactive leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and deliver
- Excellent understanding of NHBC standards, H&S, and build quality
- PIJ Award winner (or equivalent recognition) highly desirable
Package
Β£70,000βΒ£75,000 salary (negotiable for the right individual)
