We are looking for a highly organised Construction Administrator to support our construction department and site teams. This role will act as the central hub of the construction team, ensuring site managers are supported, processes are followed, and key administrative and health & safety tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping projects running smoothly by coordinating information, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for the construction team, supporting site managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure health and safety documentation is maintained and up to date across all sites.
  • Monitor and follow up on toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate site documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track and follow up with site teams to ensure company processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide administrative support to the construction department, including document control, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication between the construction team, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Help ensure site managers remain organised and compliant with operational and safety requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction records and project documentation.
  • Support the wider team with general construction administration tasks.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively with site teams.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and site operations (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience supporting health and safety administration would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital document systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
