The Technical team plays a key role in shaping innovative, high-quality residential developments, driving efficient design solutions, sustainability and value across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Reporting to the Technical Director and working within the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the design and coordination of infrastructure and groundworks packages for residential schemes. Candidates from civil or geotechnical engineering backgrounds will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure service records and undertake site enquiries for new developments
  • Prepare in-house roads, sewers and infrastructure designs
  • Produce groundworks packages for tender and construction
  • Complete drainage, foundation and levels appraisals to support land bids
  • Secure S38, S104, S185 and S278 agreements in line with programme requirements
  • Coordinate foundation and structural designs where required
  • Review consultant designs to ensure compliance with best practice and value engineering
  • Liaise with internal teams to discharge planning conditions and building regulations
  • Provide technical support to site teams during construction
