The Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in quantity surveying and gain hands-on experience across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior surveyors with cost planning, estimating, and budget control
- Measuring quantities and assisting with bills of quantities
- Preparing and issuing tender documentation
- Assisting with valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors and clients
- Maintaining accurate project records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
About You:
