Architectural Technician (Gloucester)

At TH Recruit, we are proud of our longstanding relationship with this thriving and highly respected Architectural Practice.

We have been instructed to work on a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician, with experience in the Leisure sector.

Requirements are as follows

• My client would prefer to be based out of their Gloucester office based, but could be based in London or Newport office for the right applicant
• Preference for CIAT accreditation
• Between 2-5 years’ experience
• Strong technical and construction knowledge and good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations
• Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6
• Demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages & preparing specifications
• Proficient in the us of BIM software\’s, ideally Revit
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary is negotiable and hybrid is also on offer.
