At TH Recruit, we are proud of our longstanding relationship with this thriving and highly respected Architectural Practice. We have been instructed to work on a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician, with experience in the Leisure sector.
Requirements are as follows:
- My client would prefer to be based out of their Gloucester office, but could be based in London or Newport office for the right applicant.
- Preference for CIAT accreditation.
- Between 2-5 years’ experience.
- Strong technical and construction knowledge and good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations.
- Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6.
- Demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages and preparing specifications.
- Proficient in the use of BIM software, ideally Revit.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
