At TH Recruit, we are proud of our longstanding relationship with this thriving and highly respected Architectural Practice. We have been instructed to work on a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician, with experience in the Leisure sector.

Requirements are as follows:

  • My client would prefer to be based out of their Gloucester office, but could be based in London or Newport office for the right applicant.
  • Preference for CIAT accreditation.
  • Between 2-5 years’ experience.
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge and good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations.
  • Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6.
  • Demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages and preparing specifications.
  • Proficient in the use of BIM software, ideally Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
