Experience
- Must have over 7 years of M&A experience, preferably with knowledge of the Technology sector and strong buyer relationships in Technology.
- Strong deal sheet with a proven track record of origination capabilities.
- Ability to originate and lead transaction execution on 4-5 deals simultaneously, focusing on sell-side mandates.
- Experience managing multiple deal teams and transactions end-to-end, including preparing Information Memorandums and financial models, participating in management/buyer meetings, negotiating offers, and managing due diligence and transaction documentation. Ability to adopt and improve TH processes and best practices.
- Strong relationships with PE/VC funds and experience in fundraising would be advantageous, aiding in expanding TH’s technology and fundraising practice.
Responsibilities
- Execute transactions end-to-end, including preparing pitches, Information Memorandums, and financial models.
- Conduct target and acquirer screening.
- Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As, and negotiate offers.
- Assist in drafting and evaluating legal documents such as NDAs.
- Facilitate buyer and seller interactions (organizing roadshows, conference calls, etc.).
- Manage due diligence and transaction documentation processes.
