Role Overview
This is a strategic and operational role with full accountability for the global Human Resources function. The Global Head of HR will lead the full spectrum of HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partnering, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Mobility, and Digital HR Transformation. The role is expected to drive strategic people initiatives, enhance governance, lead change during growth or restructuring, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key Qualifications
- 10–20 years of senior HR experience in global financial services, investment banking preferred.
- Proven track record leading HR functions in multinational, high-performance, and highly regulated environments.
- Experience implementing and leading digital HR platforms and driving adoption across complex global structures.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, international labour law, policy design, and governance.
- Deep fluency across all HR disciplines, with strong business acumen and boardroom presence.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
