- Financial accounting: Responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping and the accurate recording of all financial transactions of our UK company.
- Accounts reconciliation: Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and complete accounting data.
- Payments processing and cash flow management: Execution and monitoring of payment transactions, including payment processing, verification and cash flow monitoring.
- Invoicing and debt collection: Preparing invoices, monitoring outstanding items, managing debt collection and assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
- Month-end closures and reporting: Assisting with month-end closures, carrying out closing entries, and analysing and preparing relevant financial data.
- Commercial apprenticeship specialising in finance or equivalent qualifications
- Substantial professional experience in financial accounting is required, particularly in UK tax law
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in using an ERP system
- Good command of English is essential
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and a passion for financial accounting round off your profile
