TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection was established in 2020 and has since enjoyed exceptional growth. Our 2025 Graduate Scheme is now open to highly ambitious, driven & talented graduates who are keen to immerse themselves in a truly exciting career.
At TH Daniels we specialise in placing exceptionally talented individuals across some of the worlds most important industries. Our core areas of expertise are across the Energy & Industrial, Automation, Medical, Scientific & Healthcare, Chemicals, Packaging and Ingredients, Flavours & Fragrances markets.
Since 2020 we have enjoyed exceptional growth and have grown from 3 people, to now being a team of 25+ Consultants. Our next phase of growth is to reach 50 Consultants in the next 2 years, with the goal of hiring a further 20 Consultants in 2025.
Throughout & after 2025, our sights are set on exploring the opportunity of new offices in both the U.K. as well as internationally all of which will be led by our most successful consultants!
The Role of a Headhunter:
Being a headhunter is a unique & rewarding job. It is primarily a 360-degree sales, business development & key account management role.
You will have responsibility for managing client relationships with some of the worlds leading brands, innovative start-up & private equity businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing them top talent/candidates becoming an integral support for their business.
With candidates, you will be responsible for building a network of exceptionally talented candidates in the industry you specialise in. You will actively pursue & identify career opportunities for them and support them fully in their transition to a new position.

Our base salary starts at £26,000 and weve seen graduates in all four of our intakes since our inception in 2019 have been incredibly successful with Consultants earning in excess of £100,000 in their first year working with us.
Along with unrivalled earning potential, our current phase of growth means that there is the opportunity for rapid progression, with some of recent Consultants progressing to Management positions within 12-18 months of joining TH Daniels.
