TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection work globally with an established portfolio of clients providing best in class Executive Search results. We have partnered with a leading Warehouse Automation organisation to recruit for a Sales Manager to drive the sales of AGV/AMR technology across the United Kingdom. The position will be based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, closing, and account management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the AGV/AMR market presence in the UK.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their automation needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: University Degree.
  • Preferably at least 3 years' experience in the sale of AGV/AMR system sales or wider complex automation systems involving mobile robotics.
  • Based in the UK, willing to travel to customers and also across EMEA if required.
