We are recruiting on behalf of a well -established and growing commercial vehicle accident repair business for an experienced
Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their successful team.

The Role
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing accident -damaged
- Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and
- Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) , producing repair estimates using
Audatex , and working closely with workshop teams, engineers and insurers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Carry out detailed damage assessments on commercial vehicles.
- Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex.
- Liaise with insurers, engineers and workshop teams.
- Obtain repair authorisations and manage estimates through to completion.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the repair process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
- Audatex estimating experience.
- ATA accreditation or NVQ/IMI qualification is desirable.
- Experience with LCVs and/or HGVs is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team.
