Our client is a leading UK accident repair group specialising in commercial vehicle repairs. They are looking for an experienced MET Technician with strong mechanical knowledge of cars and LCVs to join their specialist team. The Role

  • As an MET Technician, you will work on a variety of vehicles, carrying out mechanical, electrical and trim work to ensure vehicles are safely and accurately repaired following accident damage.

Requirements

  • Carrying out mechanical, electrical and trim work on Light Commercial Vehicles
  • Stripping and refitting components to enable structural and cosmetic repairs
  • Diagnosing faults and reinstating safety-critical systems
  • Working closely with Estimators, Panel Beaters and Paint Technicians
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications
  • Carrying out work to high standards in line with internal quality checks
  • Maintaining a safe and professional working environment

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as an MET Technician
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of cars and LCVs

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
