Our client, part of a respected national recruitment brand, is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Bromsgrove office. Requirements

  • New Business Development: Proactively target and secure new clients to expand your client base.
  • Candidate Attraction: Write compelling job adverts and use a range of online platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement, ensuring full compliance and suitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and industry compliance standards.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a 360 recruiter (any sector considered).
  • Strong client management and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Someone who takes ownership of their desk and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm OR 9am – 5pm. On-call 1 weekend out of 4. Friday: work from home.
