As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning to maintain essential infrastructure.

What you'll be handling
- Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system.
- Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools.
- Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analysing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training.
- Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution.
- Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers.
- Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Working towards your Digital & Technology Solutions Professional L6 degree.
