Are you good with your hands but stuck in a job with no progression? We are looking for an aspiring technician who wants to join a company that prides itself on developing and growing its own. With clear progression routes; Technician - Engineer - Team Leader - Site Engineering Manager - Account Manager - Key Account Manager, it will be up to you to decide how far you'd like to go.
If you're a mechanic, technician, electrician, warehouse operative with electrical knowledge or anything similar, we would love to hear from you. TGW Designs, installs and maintains automated warehouse systems for clients across the world. You'll be working on sites maintaining the conveyors, shuttles, lifts and robotics.
We provide full training and support to get you up to speed as we don't expect you to be the finished article. We are looking for someone with the basic mech / elec knowledge but more importantly the attitude to work in a team and drive improvement not only on site, but in their career.
The position is based in Didcot and works an early, days and lates shift pattern Monday to Friday.
