Join our team and help us bring amazing people into TGW! In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process for both permanent and contractor positions, working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure every candidate has a smooth and positive experience. You'll also play a key role in promoting our employer brand, supporting internal career moves, and driving initiatives to ensure we have the right talent for today and the future.
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create accurate job descriptions using our in-house systems.
- Post vacancies across job boards and social media, and actively source/headhunt candidates via CV databases and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for Hiring Manager review, and coordinate CV and interview feedback.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, managing the full offer process, including salary negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, attend careers events, and contribute to employer branding and Talent Acquisition projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, technical recruitment role, including managing permanent hires. Experience with contractor hires would be advantageous.
- Strong ability to directly source candidates, conduct effective interviews, and leverage social media and technology for recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver a professional, customer-focused recruitment experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prior experience in an in-house recruitment environment is highly desirable.
