TGW Group in Market Harborough is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile excellence across our Software Development function. You will coach, mentor and support development teams to improve their Agile ways of working, increase delivery performance and maximise customer value.
Working with Development Managers, Product Owners, Architects and technical teams, you will embed Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and create an environment where teams can thrive.
