As the Head of Commercial Strategy, you will lead the Global Commercial Strategy function within Market Intelligence & Insights. You will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives, leveraging market insights, and driving TGW’s competitive advantage and client engagement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies that foster growth and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- Conduct thorough market assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement a framework for generating business intelligence that supports marketing, sales, and business development efforts.
- Develop targeted strategies that facilitate successful market entry and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to understand their needs and ensure insights are aligned with their priorities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in insights generation and data analysis practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven track record in finance or market analysis, business development, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and automated logistics solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing client interactions and sales data.
- Experience in leveraging data analytics for lead quality assessment and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and foster a positive work environment.
