We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support the operation and reliability of a Smart Building technologies company who are growing their internal teams in London. This hands-on role involves both reactive and planned service activities, ensuring security systems (CCTV, access control) and network infrastructure perform optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service requests and incidents, diagnosing and repairing faults in security and network systems.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and preventive service tasks to ensure system reliability.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders, including site security and IT teams, to minimise operational disruption.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers and hardware vendors for timely support and fault resolution.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk and Technical Support team to maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and technical excellence across multiple client sites.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of security systems and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in BMS, smart buildings, security systems install and configuration (Access control, CCTV).
