Remote based with travel for business need. We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a growing data centre connectivity specialist. This will act as the key interface between clients, project teams, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role will be pivotal to current and future installation projects and is essential as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring priorities, risks, and dependencies are effectively controlled.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and confidently challenging or pushing back when required.
- Deliver daily/weekly updates, status reports, and progress reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and monitor internal and external resources, including engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure project milestones are met, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Identify service delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while protecting project scope, timelines, and commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement as the business scales operations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Service Delivery, Project Management, or Technical Delivery role.
- Strong background in data centre environments, critical infrastructure, or technical installations (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure and demanding clients.
- Confident communicator, capable of providing clear updates and pushing back professionally when necessary.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating third parties and chasing dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing business environments.
