The Role
TGS is looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support recruitment across the data centre sector.
You will identify, engage and qualify candidates for roles covering data centre construction, engineering, commissioning and operations. Working closely with our recruitment consultants, you will build candidate networks and help connect technical professionals with opportunities across the UK and Europe.
This role would suit someone with recruitment or resourcing experience, or a confident, organised individual looking to start a career in specialist recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals and the TGS database.
- Screen candidates to understand their technical experience, career goals and suitability for live vacancies.
- Confirm availability, salary or day-rate expectations, location preferences, right to work and willingness to travel or relocate.
- Build candidate pipelines for current requirements and future projects.
- Prepare accurate candidate summaries and support consultants with CV submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and maintain regular candidate communication.
- Keep candidate records, recruitment activity and compliance information accurate and up to date.
- Develop an understanding of the data centre market, including key employers, projects and in-demand skills.
- Work towards agreed targets for candidate engagement, qualified submissions and interviews.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates over the phone.
- A proactive approach to finding and engaging suitable people.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several vacancies at once.
- Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to learn technical terminology.
- A professional approach to handling candidate information.
- Motivation to work towards targets and contribute to a team.
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service would be beneficial. Knowledge of data centres, construction, engineering or telecoms would also be useful, but is not essential.

You will develop specialist knowledge in the data centre sector, build relationships with technical professionals and contribute directly to successful placements. As your experience grows, there will be scope to take on greater responsibility across candidate delivery and recruitment.
