We are seeking a Project Architect - Data Centres for a full-time role in London. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design efforts, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include preparation of submittals, overseeing BIM processes, and ensuring LEED compliance. You will be joining projects at various stages.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Submittals and Architecture skills
- Experience in Project Management of architecture projects within the Data Centre space (essential)
- Knowledge and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in and around London managing multiple projects, that sometimes cross over
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- High level experience of Revit
- Managing a team - you will be experienced in leading a team in the right direction
- Living in or around London you will be happy to attend local sites
