One of our clients is seeking an experienced Data Center Cabling PM to oversee onsite teams and manage the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure deployment projects. This role involves coordinating all aspects of data center installation activities — including structured cabling, rack and stack operations, and compliance with technical and safety standards — across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage onsite engineering teams of 4–10 personnel during data center installations of varying size and complexity.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project coordination, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and supervise the installation of structured cabling systems (copper and fiber), ensuring high standards of cable dressing, labeling, and containment.
  • Ensure full compliance with data center standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify and communicate site issues, installation challenges, and potential delays to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client teams to maintain project timelines, quality, and deliverables.
  • Travel as required to domestic and international deployment sites.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with structured cabling systems (copper and fiber).
  • Strong attention to detail in cable routing, dressing, and labeling across containment systems.
  • Proven success managing large-scale HPC or data center installations.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for deployments as needed.
