- Energetic individuals – Strong able to lift heavy equipment
- Looking for minimum 6 months experience – Will provide continuous training to all engineers.
- Ideally, experience is cabling biased. Pulling and dressing. Glass fibre is preference – Finibad is the fibre that they use.
- Working on JIRA ticketing system
- Operating system they use is Linux – Prev experience is a plus – If not MAC experience would be good.
- Candidates MUST have a high level of social and conversation skills. Able to speak with the client to a high level and always remain professional as they will be client facing.
- MUST live within a 90-minute radius of the site – Commit to SLA.
- Ideally, have a background in inventory management – Such as warehouse stock taking
The Role:
- Break fix type environment
- Physical part of the job – reacting to Ticketing system to handle small remedial tasks
- Remote plug ins from offsite engineers on technical side – Plug in RJ45 to console for remote access.
- Larger works will be coordinated internally
- On Call every other week – must be to ticket within 90 mins
