Hybrid Position - 2/3 working from home days
One of my clients is currently looking for BIM coordinators to coordinate the works on multiple data centre projects across the UK and Mainland Europe.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of precise and accurate BIM execution plans to establish and uphold project-specific quality standards.
- Produce detailed 3D BIM models aligning with project requirements.
- Ensure BIM models align with standards and goals outlined in BIM Execution Plans and workflows.
- Collaborate internally and externally with various disciplines involved in projects.
- Generate BIM modeling content, including configuring additional Revit families and templates.
- Develop construction drawings and extract necessary data from BIM models.
- Administer and maintain the Common Data Environment, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Enforce BEPs and SMPs within the CDE.
- Perform conformity checks on Revit models.
- Manage clash detections on federated models using Navisworks.
- Monitor the implementation of BIM execution plans throughout projects.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and design teams to align on objectives.
- Work closely with the BIM team to facilitate continuous development of BIM knowledge across the organization.
