We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our Enterprise Services team in Watford. This pivotal role involves developing and nurturing relationships with strategically important clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the client base.
- Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client requirements, coordinating resources and expertise as needed.
