We are looking for a resilient, commercially minded Sales Enablement & Operations Manager to help strengthen our Multi-Client function. This role requires the function to be built from the ground up, focused on moving us from a largely administrative support model to a more proactive enablement and operations capability that improves performance, drives consistency and helps our sales teams win.

Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance and Marketing, you will strengthen our tools, processes, reporting and data to support better commercial decisions, improve sales effectiveness and create a more scalable way of working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What you will do:

  • Partner across Sales, Business Development, Finance and Marketing to create a more joined-up, effective commercial function.
  • Turn data and insight into actions that improve performance and support revenue growth.
  • Increase adoption of tools, templates and consistent ways of working that help sales teams operate more effectively.
  • Improve sales processes, reduce friction and build a more scalable operating model.
  • Strengthen the quality, accuracy and usability of core commercial data and materials to support better decision-making.
  • Resolve process and data gaps that impact execution, consistency and decision-making.
  • Support change that improves coordination, efficiency and overall commercial effectiveness.
  • Manage the system for capturing and analysis of data from contracts with our clients.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong background in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or a similar commercial role, with a clear understanding of how enablement and operational improvement support growth.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise, with experience improving processes, driving adoption and using data to improve performance.
  • The confidence to work across a matrixed business, influence stakeholders and build credibility across teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution.
  • Good technical fluency across CRM and Microsoft tools, with familiarity in reporting or workflow platforms such as Power BI, JIRA or BPM tools.
  • Experience in the seismic sector would be beneficial.

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build, improve and shape how our Multi-Client commercial teams operate. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and play an important part in creating a more effective, consistent and scalable sales support model.

If your experience aligns with most of the criteria outlined, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement. At TGS | 4C, we believe diverse perspectives drive better outcomes. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and growth.
