We are seeking a versatile marketing professional to support a wide range of content marketing initiatives at TGP International. Working within the B2B marketing team, which manages brand communications, PR, events and lead generation campaigns, you will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications. Your role will focus on crafting content that positions the agency as a thought leader in hospitality, F&B, placemaking and urban development. You will produce both short- and long-form copy and support a variety of marketing activities across digital and physical channels.
This role suits someone with excellent copywriting skills, a flair for design and storytelling, and the ability to adapt across different audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, write and edit content across channels, from thought leadership articles and SEO blogs to email newsletters and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand tone and guidelines.
- Develop a range of visual marketing assets including case study decks, website copy, landing pages, social media graphics and sales collateral.
- Coordinate with colleagues to source project information, case studies and team insights for content development.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, company profiles and other core materials.
- Work with designers and photographers to align copy and visuals for consistency and impact.
- Implement SEO initiatives such as FAQ content, digital PR and backlink strategies, and track performance through website analytics and keyword monitoring.
- Assist with website updates, CRM coordination (HubSpot) and other marketing functions as required.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent copywriting ability in both short and long form.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Experience with online content management systems (HubSpot preferred) as well as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- An understanding of SEO best practices for copywriting and website content development.
- Experience working with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Background in B2B marketing.
- Sector experience in F&B, hospitality or real estate.
- Five-Day Work Week: Standard Monday to Friday schedule.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Three days in the office and two days working remotely.
