We are currently looking for Freelance Site Managers with CAT A / B fit out project experience to work on projects across Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for internal fit out works across designated floors and work areas
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, Design Teams, and MEP coordinators
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate site documentation including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and site diaries
- Lead subcontractor progress meetings and daily coordination meetings
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to achieve programme milestones and handover dates
- Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging/de-snagging through to practical completion
- Monitor labour, materials, productivity, and overall site performance to maintain programme targets

- Proven experience working as a Site Manager or Fit Out Manager on commercial office fit out and refurb projects
