Experienced freelance Construction / Project Manager required to run a £2m Office fitout in London. The experienced candidate will have run office fit-out projects in the past as a number one on site and be used to working to tight timescales. Project values must be up to £2m in value. This project includes new services, all internal fit-out works, with a little bit of external work outside the building.

The experienced candidate will have a strong track record in delivering projects and be used to doing site set up, looking after the subcontractors, and working to tight timescales.

The candidate must have an up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid certificate.
