We are currently looking for Freelance Site Foreman with CAT A / B fit out project experience to work on projects across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for internal fit out works across designated floors and work areas.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, Design Teams, and MEP coordinators.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and site diaries.
  • Lead subcontractor progress meetings and daily coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to achieve programme milestones and handover dates.
  • Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging/de-snagging through to practical completion.
  • Monitor labour, materials, productivity, and overall site performance to maintain programme targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Site Foreman on commercial office fit out and refurb projects.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certifications essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding construction programmes.
