We are looking for Quantity Surveyors with fit out and refurb project experience. Contribute to project scope and design from a commercial aspect identifying and maximising opportunities while minimising risks.

Provide detailed advice to Project Lead on contract conditions and escalate any issues that require expert legal advice; manage resolution of any contractual issues and/or disputes.

Influence and project procurement strategy and devise suitable procurement routes for supply chain. Lead procurement, negotiation and letting of complex sub-contracts.

Ensure implementation of site-based cost control processes for prelims, sub contract and at client level including variation management and main contract obligations.

Provide comprehensive and reliable CVRs, external and internal cash flow forecasts for project, monitoring results and interpreting reasons for deviation.

Set up processes to identify and manage risks and opportunities and lead comprehensive and detailed risk and opportunity reviews for project and propose, implement, manage and monitor risk management strategies.

Ensure the accurate recording and submission of claims in respect of delay and loss/expense. Audit commercial information and assess that work undertaken has been valued correctly.

Undertake detailed review and analysis of cost plans for complex projects, including full measurements and rating exercises. Produce and issue payment notices.
