I am currently working with a good Client of mine who is looking to acquire a good Facades PM for the business. The company is a main contractor who have a very busy facades division. They are London based, but do a good amount of work in Birmingham.
They currently have work in Birmingham on a £2.5m cladding redemption scheme at City Walk Apartments in the City. They also have another project which will follow this, once completed, and the duration of both would be approx 2yrs.
They have a good reputation as a very good employer and are known for treating staff well and offering progression.
