Experienced Design Manager required to work for leading Owner / Contractor operating within the Hotel sector. This Company buys the project sites that they wish to fitout / refurb and turns them into Hotels doing the work themselves via an in house self delivery team. The experienced DM will come from a Proejct Management or Architectural background, and have experience working on specifically large Hotel schemes. All usual DM duties would apply including leading design management across architecture, MEP, structural, joinery and other specialist areas, manage all design deliverables, RFI processes, changes. Getting involved in all areas from precon, through to the DM on live projects. This could be a permanent or long term freelance role. TPBN1_UKTJ
