Experienced Joinery QS required to work for leading Joinery contractor on large fit-out project of values from £1 - 5m in the City and West End of London. The experienced candidate will be based on site and will report into the Senior QS with all day to day tasks.
This projects are a mix of CAT A and CAT B, with some refurb and retrofit projects as well. All day to day duties apply including looking after subcontract packages/payments, variations, reporting all the way through to final account.
The experienced QS will be used to working on medium to large sized projects and be self motivated, to take the work load off the Senior QS on a day to day basis. This comes with an excellent basic salary, car allowance and one of the best benefits packages available.
