We’re scouting for a Duty Manager who calls the plays, supports the squad and makes sure every customer experience is a win.
Key Plays:- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
- Train and motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
- Hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
- RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
- A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills advantageous
