The Opportunity: We provide global sports marketing services to leading rights holders including the Football Associations of England and Wales, the Rugby Football League and European Rugby Unions. Our work centres on live televised sport, delivering high impact advertising and sponsorship opportunities to major international brands. As a renowned partner specialising in perimeter signage, we’re looking for a Junior Designer to support major televised sporting events and global brand partnerships. Working closely with our design and admin teams, you’ll help deliver creative assets from brief to broadcast across world class events such as the Six Nations and the Emirates FA Cup.

The role combines hands on design and project coordination. You’ll produce motion, print and presentation assets using your deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), manage artwork delivery, track inventory and support our sales teams. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll liaise directly with clients, rights holders and federations.

Key areas of ownership include:

  • Creating print-ready artwork
  • Designing animations
  • Signing off final artwork for live matches
  • Illustration and typography
  • Storyboarding
  • Organising project files
  • Liaising with creative and marketing departments
  • Advising clients
  • Ensuring timely delivery of final renders to rights holders and federations
  • Producing post-match image and video reports for clients
  • Collaborating with management to produce the monthly internal newsletter
  • Developing company branded presentations and documents
  • Tracking project deliverables and client work using Notion
  • Maintaining a well organised folder structure for collaborative work

About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong design and creative skills
  • Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
  • Strong IT and Apple Mac competency (knowledge of Windows would be a plus)
  • Proactive and tenacious work attitude, capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills
  • An understanding of Notion would be desirable
