The Opportunity: The ICT Manager will lead a comprehensive review of TGI Sport’s current Global ICT environment, including infrastructure, systems, processes, and third-party support arrangements. The role is responsible for assessing performance, cost-effectiveness and user experience and delivering a strategic roadmap with practical recommendations for a more efficient, scalable and user-friendly ICT model.
Your Mission
- ICT Environment Assessment – full audit of current ICT systems infrastructure and architecture including review of hardware, software, networks, cloud services and security with a view to current operations and support future scale
- Third-Party Vendor Review – Assess all our external ICT service providers and support contracts including SLA’s and ROI whilst identifying any risks, dependencies and gaps in our current arrangements
- Cost & Productivity Analysis – Analysis TCO across TGI Sport and identify inefficiencies, duplication, and unnecessary expenditure benchmarked against best practice and industry standards
- Future-State Design – Develop a proposed ICT operating model aligned with the strategic goals of the business with a mix of in-house vs outsourced services and proposed scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions
- Strategic Recommendations and Roadmap – Deliver a report detailing findings and recommendations along with prioritisation for implementation against timelines/costings with clear business case/s and ROI analysis
- Participate as the ICT lead in the CRM (SalesForce) Implementation Project Team and ERP (Netsuite) consolidation project teams
- Lead the ICT workstream of the London Office Relocation Project
Over the 6 months you will deliver: ICT Current State Assessment, Vendor & Contract Evaluation, Cost Optimisation Plan, Future State ICT Strategy and Architecture and Implementation Roadmap.
About You
- Proven experience in an ICT leadership role
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud services and enterprise systems
- Experience reviewing, managing and negotiating third-party ICT vendors
- Demonstrated ability to deliver ICT strategy and transformation projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and optimisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in cyber security and compliance assessments
- Relevant certification in ITIL, PRINCE2, Azure/AWS, PMP
